Round Tube Fittings

Inox Fittings offers a comprehensive selection of stainless steel fittings designed to complement round tubes for fluid handling, structural, and decorative purposes. Our standard inventory includes various fittings such as bends (45°, 90°, and 180°), tees (equal and reducing), eccentric and concentric reducers, BSM unions, and tube clamps.

Tube Bends

Tube bends are available in 45°, 90°, and 180° angles, manufactured through different processes including pulled bends (cold drawn), pressed bends, and lobster back bends. The manufacturing method chosen depends on the tube diameter and material thickness. Pulled bends are preferred for diameters up to 152.4mm due to their superior finish and accuracy. Inox Fittings stocks pulled bends with an extended leg to ensure precise geometry and circularity.

Tees

Tees are manufactured either by welding or pulling processes. Inox Fittings stocks welded tees for consistent quality. Tees are offered in equal or reducing configurations, catering to different application needs.

BSM Unions

British Standard Milk (BSM) stainless steel unions, originally designed for the dairy industry, are now widely used in food processing, beverage production, and pharmaceutical sectors where hygienic conditions are critical. Different types such as RJT (Ring Joint Type), CIP (Clean in Place), and CIPFF (Flat Face) unions are available to meet specific installation requirements.

Tube Clamp

Inox Fittings provides Tri-clamp stainless steel tube fittings, eliminating the need for threaded joints. This type of joint is ideal for CIP installations, ensuring a complete seal without crevices.

Additionally, we offer a range of accessories including spanners and valves (such as ball and butterfly valves) tailored to match tube dimensions and application needs.
